Submit a HelpDesk Ticket: If you require technical assistance when using the SUNY Learning Commons, please use our convenient online system to submit a HelpDesk Request Ticket 24/7. You can also email the Open SUNY HelpDesk for technical support at OpenSUNYHelp@suny.edu. Open SUNY will respond during regular HelpDesk hours.
