Additional resources for help with questions about your online courses on Blackboard and other Blackboard products such as Collaborate can be located at Blackboard Help.
You may also submit your questions and inquires to the Open SUNY HelpDesk at any time by submitting a ticket at the Open SUNY Support Services web page. Tickets submitted on Thursday and Friday will be responded to when the office re-opens on Saturday. All other office hours that week remain the same including weekend hours.
